Kenneth Crause sentenced to 17 years for fentanyl trafficking after 2024 raid uncovered drugs, cash, and child exposure.
Kenneth H. Crause of Spokane was sentenced to 17 years in federal prison and lifetime supervised release for fentanyl trafficking, following a 2024 raid that uncovered over 1,298 grams of fentanyl, methamphetamine, cocaine, drug paraphernalia, and $53,902 in cash at his Spokane Valley home and vehicle.
He was already on federal supervision for prior drug crimes when authorities found he continued trafficking, using protective gear and exposing a child to hazardous drug residue.
Prosecutors cited his extensive criminal history, including robbery and weapons charges, and law enforcement credited the case to a collaborative effort, stating Crause will no longer threaten the community.
