Innovation Quarter in Winston-Salem is expanding with Phase II, adding up to 2.7 million square feet of mixed-use space and 12 acres of green space. The project includes converting the Linden Center into lab and biomanufacturing space to meet rising demand in biotech, regenerative medicine, and cell-based therapies. Operating at 90% capacity, the area is advancing key 2025 milestones: construction on a $100 million Eye Institute and an extension of the Long Branch hiking and biking trail, strengthening the region’s innovation and health sciences ecosystem.
