Downtown Manitowoc bans overnight parking Dec. 30, 1–6 a.m., to assist snow and ice removal.
A temporary overnight parking ban is in effect in downtown Manitowoc from 1 a.m. to 6 a.m. on Tuesday, December 30, to aid snow and ice control.
Parking is prohibited on designated downtown streets during those hours, but allowed in municipal lots—except Tier 2 leased stalls and posted areas—and on city-designated streets.
Violators may be towed and fined $50, plus additional fees.
The city urges residents to check the Public Infrastructure Department’s website for affected area maps and to follow updates via the city’s website, social media, local media, or text/email alerts.
