The UAE’s first Civil Aviation Career Fair, set for January 21–22, 2026, at Dubai’s Etihad Museum, will connect Emirati students and job seekers with 18 aviation organizations, including Emirates, Etihad Airways, flydubai, and Airbus. The event highlights diverse careers beyond piloting, such as engineering, air traffic control, safety, and ground operations, with employers offering recruitment opportunities, cadet programs, and on-the-spot interviews. Aimed at boosting national talent development and Emiratisation, the fair supports the UAE’s goal of expanding its aviation workforce, which already sustains over 990,000 jobs, and strengthens industry-academia collaboration for future-ready careers.
