The Speedy Creek Retro Rally, set for January 31, 2026, in Swift Current, Saskatchewan, will feature vintage snowmobile racing and retro-themed entertainment. Organized by Swift Current Ag n’ Ex and the Wymark-based Snow Punchers snowmobile club, the event will include a cross-country-style race using participants’ own vintage sleds, viewed from grandstands. Activities will also feature a retro snowsuit fashion show, themed food and drinks like hot chocolate and a “Hot Dr. Pepper,” a fire pit, winter demonstrations, and an evening dine-and-dance with awards and live music. Designed as a family-friendly event, it aims to combat winter blues and celebrate winter traditions, with custom trophies for racers.
