The Baltimore Orioles have re-signed pitcher Zach Eflin to a one-year, $10 million deal with a mutual 2027 option, according to multiple reports.
Eflin, who underwent back surgery in August, is on track to return in time for Spring Training and is expected to join the back end of the rotation.
The contract includes a $3 million signing bonus and a $2 million option buyout.
Eflin, 32, struggled in 2025 with a 5.93 ERA over 71 innings but showed solid control.
The Orioles’ move adds depth as they pursue further pitching upgrades, with Tyler Wells and Kyle Bradish nearing returns from Tommy John surgery.
