Founded in 1984 by Raymond Blanc, the Belmond-owned property remains the only two-starred restaurant in Oxfordshire.
Executive head chef Luke Selby and his brothers will leave to join Palé Hall Hotel in North Wales, while Blanc becomes lifetime ambassador.
