Due to potential E. Coli O26 contamination, Mountain West Food Group is recalling roughly 2,855 pounds of raw ground beef. Made on December 16, 2025, the 16-ounce vacuum-sealed packages of "FORWARD FARMS GRASS-FED GROUND BEEF" with the date "USE BY FREEZE BY 01/13/26 EST 2083" are available for purchase in California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Pennsylvania, and Washington.
