The Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (HPTDC) reported ₹10,867.03 lakh in revenue for 2024–25 and launched a Platinum Card to boost loyalty among frequent travelers and institutions. It is overhauling its digital platform, digitizing over 7.8 lakh pages, and expanding partnerships with OTAs, IRCTC for religious tourism, and banks for holiday homes. Major infrastructure upgrades are underway at hotels including Rohtang, Naggar Castle, and Silver Moon, with completed renovations at Kunal and Log Huts. A performance-based incentive policy for staff and a term loan to settle retiree dues are also in progress.
