On December 27, 2025, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami released the folk song "Paili-Paili Baar" to promote state development initiatives and cultural heritage. The song, performed by local artists including Saurabh Maithani and Khushi Joshi, is based on a traditional tune and highlights government achievements such as the Uniform Civil Code, anti-copying laws, removal of encroachments, agricultural support, spiritual tourism, and revenue growth. Composed by Bhupendra Baseda with music by Lalit Gityar, it aims to spread awareness of welfare programs under the "Jan Jan Ki Sarkar, Jan Jan Ke Dwar" campaign, particularly in rural areas. Dhami emphasized the state’s progress in development, ease of doing business, startups, and horticulture, stating the initiative supports cultural preservation and public engagement.
