Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy accused Russia of using Belarusian territory, including residential buildings near the border, to launch drone attacks on Ukraine and bypass Kyiv’s air defenses.
He cited intelligence showing Russian equipment, such as drone guidance antennas, being installed on apartment rooftops in Belarusian settlements, calling the actions a violation of sovereignty and a disregard for civilian lives.
