The Denver Broncos signed center Sam Mustipher from the Los Angeles Chargers’ practice squad, adding depth after placing starting center Luke Wattenberg on injured reserve.
Mustipher, a 6-foot-3, 306-pound veteran with 64 NFL games and 43 starts, previously practiced with Denver in 2024 and played 12 games for the Chargers in 2024.
To make room, the Broncos waived guard Calvin Throckmorton.
With Wattenberg out, Alex Forsyth started and earned a game ball for his performance in Week 17.
