The budget, presented November 6 by Premier Dr. Natalio D. Wheately, underwent revisions during the standing finance stage, where ministries defended funding requests and sought increases.

While officials described the process as thorough and transparent, opposition leader Hon Myron V. Walwyn criticized the budget for not improving daily living conditions despite its size, citing rising costs for essentials and a disconnect between economic growth and residents’ financial struggles.
