The Qatari Ministry of Education and Higher Education conducted a crisis management simulation with about 140 staff to improve emergency preparedness. Organized by the Planning, Policies, and Innovation Department, the drill tested coordination, decision-making, and response efficiency across units. Undersecretary Dr. Ibrahim bin Saleh Al Nuaimi emphasized proactive planning and institutional resilience. The exercise aimed to strengthen business continuity and align procedures with international best practices, supporting the ministry’s broader goal of enhancing crisis readiness.
