A Texas woman faces charges after a drunk driving crash killed three family members on the Grand Parkway.
A 27-year-old woman, Majesti Faith Lee, has been charged with intoxication manslaughter and intoxication assault in connection with a wrong-way crash on the Grand Parkway in Fort Bend County, Texas, on December 20, 2025, around 2 a.m. The crash, which occurred near the 11400 block of South Highway 99, killed three members of a family—27-year-old Lizbeth Rodriguez Contreras, her 5-year-old daughter Camila Pena, and 26-year-old Diego Pena Jr.—and critically injured a 3-year-old child. Lee, who was driving southbound in the northbound lanes, was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries and has a prior dismissed DWI charge. Authorities confirmed alcohol was a factor, and her bond has been set at $1.05 million. The Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office continues its investigation.
