The 20-kilometre network of trails in eastern Ontario, maintained by the volunteer Friends of the Summerstown Trails (FOTST) and the United Counties of SDG, offers cross-country skiing, hiking, and fat biking.
FOTST, supported by staff and volunteers, expedited the reopening.
The forest management program follows sustainable forestry standards certified by the Eastern Ontario Model Forest.
