The suspect, described as wearing a muddy green hooded jacket with the hood up, approached the girl, asked an inappropriate question, and touched her over her clothing after she told him to leave. Authorities have released an e-fit image and are urging witnesses or anyone with information to contact them using reference 43250576338 via 101 or online. The investigation is ongoing.
