RCMP are investigating a fatal hit-and-run incident in White Rock, British Columbia, where a person was struck by a vehicle on Cliff Avenue on Tuesday, December 23, and later pronounced dead at the scene. A bystander performed CPR, but efforts were unsuccessful.
