The Enforcement Directorate has returned assets worth ₹63.05 crore to State Bank of India and UCO Bank in the G.S.
Oils case, following a 2016 investigation into loan fraud.
The properties, including land in Telangana and Maharashtra, were seized under the PMLA after the banks alleged fraudulent use of ₹274 crore and ₹32.33 crore in loans.
The ED confirmed the return after the Special PMLA Court approved restitution applications filed by the banks in March and December 2025.
