Foxtron, a joint venture between Foxconn and Yulon Motor, launched the Bria, its first electric vehicle designed and built in Taiwan for global export, priced between $28,600 and $36,540.
The vehicle will debut at Luxgen showrooms and the Taipei Auto Show, with consumer deliveries expected before mid-February 2026.
Foxtron acquired Yulon’s Luxgen EV brand for $24.95 million, gaining control of sales subsidiaries, outlets, and employees, pending regulatory approval, to strengthen Taiwan’s EV supply chain.
The move supports integration of development, sales, and service operations.
Meanwhile, Taiwan’s EV sales declined 26% year-on-year through November, and TSMC reported a record 1.88 million shareholders despite a slight share price drop.
