The park features 44 steps symbolizing the conflict’s duration, a 44-meter Victory Arch, and a terrace with a “8” honoring November 8 Victory Day.
A ninth-floor Victory Gallery displays wartime history, while landscaping includes over 500 trees and 11,000 plants.
The site serves as both a tribute to national resilience and a public recreational space.
