IIT Guwahati hosted a state-level exhibition on December 22, 2025, as part of the national Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue 2026 initiative, showcasing youth-led innovations addressing social and economic challenges. Projects under the theme “Duality” were presented in categories including health, education, agriculture, and sustainability, with 10 teams displaying prototypes and posters. Priyam Jyoti Das of Golaghat Engineering College won first place for a waste-to-energy system, while a team from North Lakhimpur University took second with an agricultural rover.
