Owen Steinmann was arrested Sunday morning after allegedly breaking windows at multiple Montana State University buildings, including Roskie Hall, South Hedges, and Miller Dining Hall, causing about $15,000 in damage. Police responded at 7:15 a.m. to South Hedges, found Steinmann asleep inside, and said he appeared intoxicated and admitted to breaking a window there. Video evidence confirmed his involvement in other break-ins. Authorities have probable cause to charge him with felony criminal mischief.
