Stolen goods, primarily boots and apparel, were allegedly resold via Facebook Marketplace.
Browning and Mangram were apprehended at Hamilton Place Mall, where they were found with additional stolen items and a prohibited weapon.
Authorities are investigating the organized nature of the thefts, which began December 12, and emphasize the growing impact of such crimes on local businesses.
