A 31-year-old subway conductor was punched and robbed of her train keys on Sunday, December 22, 2025, at the Hoyt St.-Schermerhorn St. station in Brooklyn while working on the southbound A and C lines. The attack occurred around 2:47 p.m. as she leaned out of a train car. The suspect, described as a heavyset man in his early 20s wearing a surgical mask and black hoodie and carrying shopping bags, fled the scene. The woman was taken to Brookdale Hospital for treatment. Police are seeking information and urge the public to contact Crime Stoppers anonymously.
