The combined entity will maintain separate brands and operations while exploring codeshares, frequent flyer integration, and new bases, particularly at Mexico City Felipe Angeles International Airport.
The merger, pending regulatory and shareholder approval, will create a unified holding company with a joint board led by Viva’s Roberto Alcántara Rojas.
