Twenty-year-old American tennis player Learner Tien won the Next Gen ATP Finals in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, defeating Belgium’s Alexander Blockx 4-3 (4), 4-2, 4-1 in the final. The top seed, who was runner-up in 2024, advanced from a three-way round-robin group on set-won tiebreaker, then beat fellow American Nishesh Basavareddy in the semifinals. Tien won 85.3% of points on his first serve and called the title his career’s biggest achievement, capping a season that included his first professional win at the Moselle Open. The tournament features the top eight players under 20.
