A new artwork, believed to be by Banksy, has appeared at the base of London’s Centre Point building, depicting two figures—one in a beanie and wellingtons, the other in a bobble hat—looking upward. A similar image was also spotted at Bayswater’s Queen’s Mews, suggesting a duplicate. Banksy has not claimed the piece. The work follows a September mural at the Royal Courts of Justice showing a protester beneath a judge, which sparked debate over free speech and government action against Palestine Action. Authorities have yet to confirm if the new piece will be removed.
