MHA PLC to acquire UAE firms MS UAE for AED36M, entering the Middle East market.

MHA PLC, a UK-based professional services firm, has agreed to acquire two UAE-based businesses—Moore Stephens LLC and Moore Stephens Consulting LLC—collectively known as MS UAE, marking its first entry into the UAE market. The acquisition, valued at AED36 million (approx. GBP7.4 million), will be paid half in cash and half in MHA shares, with an initial AED30 million due upon completion. The deal, pending final approval, aims to expand MHA’s international presence, strengthen its Middle East footprint, and enhance client service capabilities. MS UAE, based in Dubai, is expected to generate AED31.8 million in revenue in 2025. Both firms will be rebranded under the MHA name following completion.
