Ballygunner beat St Martin’s 0-19 to 0-10 to reach the All-Ireland club hurling final on January 18.
Ballygunner reached the All-Ireland Senior Club Hurling Championship final with a 0-19 to 0-10 win over St Martin’s at Semple Stadium, overcoming a sluggish start to dominate the second half.
Trailing 0-6 to 0-4 at halftime, they outscored St Martin’s 0-14 to 0-2 in the final 23 minutes, fueled by strong performances from Dessie Hutchinson, Pauric Mahony, and teenager Mark Hartley.
Despite missed chances and a disallowed own goal, Ballygunner’s sharp shooting and defensive resilience secured their spot.
They will face Loughrea in the final on January 18 at Croke Park.
