He has 2,788 runs in 99 T20Is with a 163.23 strike rate, including four centuries. However, he has struggled this year, scoring 218 runs at 13.62 average. With India set to host New Zealand and co-host the T20 World Cup, hopes are high he regains form. He aims to become the third Indian to reach 3,000 T20I runs.
