Denmark ends 400-year-old letter delivery Dec. 30, shifting to parcels and Dao for letters.
Denmark will end its 400-year-old letter delivery tradition on December 30, as PostNord shifts focus to parcel shipping due to a 90% decline in letter volume over 25 years.

Customers must now use Dao shops or pay extra for home collection and digital payment.
