Zhejiang Guosheng Automobile Co Ltd in Wenzhou, China, is offering employees who complete five years of service a free, renovated apartment as a retention incentive.
The company purchased 18 flats near its campus for over 10 million yuan, with five already awarded and eight more planned for next year.
Each apartment, valued at 1.2 to 1.5 crore rupees, is 100 to 150 square meters and located within five kilometers of the workplace.
Employees must sign an agreement, move in after renovations, and repay renovation costs while committing to stay for another five years.
