Two friends ran 100 km in 12 hours to honor their late friend Johannes Logan, raising $33K for men’s mental health.
Less than a year after high school graduation, Luke Braund and Nicholas Peters completed a 100-kilometer run in 12 hours to honor their friend Johannes Logan, a 19-year-old athlete who died by suicide in December 2024.
The “Laps for Logan” event, held on December 10, 2025, raised over $33,000 for men’s mental health and suicide prevention, surpassing its $20,000 goal.
Inspired by Logan’s dedication to sports and life, the run became a powerful tribute to his memory and a call for greater mental health awareness among young men.
