Malaysian police seized 18 tonnes of drugs and arrested six in a major Klang Valley bust.
Malaysian police dismantled a major international drug syndicate in the Klang Valley, seizing 18 tonnes of drugs worth RM1.53 billion, including large quantities of ketamine, cocaine, and MDMA.
Six people, including three Malaysians and three foreign women, were arrested in coordinated raids on December 16.
A clandestine lab was discovered in a three-storey bungalow, and assets worth RM389,000 were seized.
The operation, part of broader efforts by the NCID, is one of the largest drug busts in Malaysia’s history.
Authorities also reported dismantling 270 syndicates and seizing 215 tonnes of drugs nationwide in 2025.
