Former Congress leader Navjot Kaur Sidhu demands action against land grabs, cattle trafficking, and weak law enforcement in Punjab.
Navjot Kaur Sidhu, recently suspended from the Congress party, has urged Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and legal professionals to stop representing drug lords and land grabbers, calling for protection of government land and stray cattle.
She advocated reclaiming 125,000 acres meant for stray cows, proposing mandatory registration and reflective tags to prevent accidents and trafficking.
Sidhu accused the AAP government of enabling illegal land grabs in the Shivalik belt, including protected forests, and demanded a special assembly session to address institutional integrity, public safety, and the legacy of Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji.
She also raised concerns about rising crime and lack of response to her appeals.
