Univesta Insurance, a Quebec-based insurer, has partnered with Koïos Intelligence to deploy Olivo, an AI platform, to automate home and auto insurance quoting, underwriting, and onboarding. The system extracts data from client documents, reduces manual entry, and integrates securely with existing systems via API, enabling 24/7 service. The goal is to speed up processing, cut underwriting time, and allow brokers to focus on advisory work. Koïos reports similar AI implementations have boosted sales conversion and efficiency. The rollout, expected soon, aims to enhance customer experience and operational performance while complying with GDPR and AMF standards.
