IFP wins KZN by-election with 62% vote, ANC drops to 16%.
The Inkatha Freedom Party won a decisive by-election in Ward 17 of uMfolozi, KwaZulu-Natal, securing 62% of the vote and sweeping all seven districts, while the ANC dropped to 16% and MK gained 21%.
