Richardson, the 2023 fourth overall pick, has started 15 games in three seasons, throwing for 2,400 yards and 11 touchdowns with 13 interceptions, while also rushing for 634 yards and 10 scores. With the Colts at 8-6 and needing to win their final three games, Philip Rivers, 44, remains the starter after returning from retirement, while rookie Riley Leonard serves as backup.
