A 91-year-old man missing during a haircut in Green Bay was found safe, ending a Silver Alert.

A 91-year-old man from West Bend, Thomas Bulawa, was found safe after a Silver Alert was issued when he went missing during a haircut appointment in Green Bay. Authorities confirmed he was last seen in his 2017 Honda Pilot wearing a green plaid jacket and NRA hat. The alert was canceled following his recovery.
