SOC urges Amazon, Walmart, and Alphabet to reveal how Trump’s H-1B visa plan impacts their finances and supply chains.
A union-aligned investor group, SOC Investment Group, has urged Amazon, Walmart, and Alphabet to disclose how President Trump’s immigration policies, including a proposed $100,000 fee for H-1B visas, are affecting their finances and supply chains.

While the request is advisory, SOC has signaled it may pursue legal action if companies exclude the proposals from proxy statements.
Amazon declined to comment; Walmart and Google did not respond.
