The property, about 15km from Nobby and 45km from Toowoomba, features a renovated 1890s homestead with five bedrooms, high ceilings, and modern amenities. It includes solar-powered bore water, five rainwater tanks, horse-friendly fencing, cattle yards with a loading ramp, and multiple sheds with three-phase power. Additional features are a grain shed with a 15kW generator, a self-contained ganny flat, a floodlit artificial-grass tennis court with a bar and games room, and a garden storage shed. Bidding started at $2.3 million with two bidders and about 50 attendees. The sale was managed by Ray White Rural Pittsworth.
