Investigators bought products from sellers MummyWorldTreasures and LuminaSkin, finding unlabeled vials with missing safety info, foreign-language warnings, and leaked contents. Lab tests confirmed the presence of erectile dysfunction drugs, which are illegal to sell without a prescription in the UK. The products were reportedly imported from India and Spain, making them unauthorized for sale. Despite reporting the shops to Etsy and the MHRA, similar listings reappeared quickly. Which? criticized Etsy’s lack of enforcement, while Etsy said the listings are no longer available and its team is monitoring for violations.
