The Colorado Rockies have hired Jeff Pickler as their new bench coach for the 2026 season under manager Warren Schaeffer.
Pickler, 50, most recently served as game-planning and outfield coach for the Cincinnati Reds from 2019 to 2024 and previously coached with the Minnesota Twins.
He also held scouting and player development roles with the Diamondbacks, Padres, and Dodgers.
A former minor league infielder, Pickler played eight seasons in the minors, including one with the Rockies’ organization.
His hiring completes a major overhaul of the team’s coaching staff, which now includes hitting coach Brett Pill, pitching coach Alon Leichman, and others.
