20 groups urge EU to enforce DMA against Apple over App Store fees and lack of transparency.
A coalition of 20 app developers and consumer groups is urging EU regulators to enforce the Digital Markets Act against Apple, arguing that the company’s App Store fee structure—charging 13% to 20% on purchases and 5% to 15% on external transactions—violates the law by imposing costs on alternative payment methods.
