Acciona sells 49% of U.S. solar portfolio and all Mexican wind assets to Mexico Infrastructure Partners.

Acciona Energía is selling a 49% stake in a 1.3 GW U.S. solar portfolio and its entire wind assets in Mexico, totaling 321 MW, to Mexico Infrastructure Partners, retaining majority control in the U.S. solar projects. CNC Onsite reported a 74% rise in gross profit and more than double net profit for the year ending September 30, 2025, driven by operational growth and staffing increases. Iberdrola and Microsoft expanded their collaboration with two new renewable PPAs in Spain, adding 150 MW of wind power, bringing their total renewable capacity across Europe and North America to about 500 MW.
