A national dog training college failed to inform over 20,000 students that its courses lost accreditation in August, despite continuing to market them as certified.
The Norwich-based company entered liquidation after £180,000 in losses, with claims of a new owner taking over in early 2026 to honor contracts and ensure access.
However, students report no access to course materials or support, and the website still lists courses as accredited, contradicting the CPD Standards Office’s public notice that the college was removed and must no longer use its certification marks.
Former director Leanne McWade resigned in September over ethical concerns.
