Sharon Czaplinsky, 45, has been charged with public indecency for a second time in three months after an incident on November 30 at a Marathon Winn-Dixie parking lot in Florida. Deputies responding to a 911 call found her on her back with her pants down while Marshall Lowery, 43, performed oral sex, and Michael Howard, 59, had exposed genitals nearby. All three face charges including indecent exposure and disorderly intoxication, pleaded not guilty, and are scheduled for arraignment on December 22. Lowery posted $3,500 bail and was released; Czaplinsky and Howard remain in custody. This follows a similar August arrest involving Czaplinsky and Vincent Crews, 61, at a gas station, where both pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct and she received probation.
