Jack Bowd, 24, the sole survivor of a September 27, 2024, multi-vehicle crash on the Newell Highway near Tomingley that killed four people, has pleaded not guilty to four counts of dangerous driving occasioning death and other charges including drink driving and improper seatbelt use.
Arrested September 30, 2024, after hospital discharge, Bowd appeared at Dubbo District Court on December 15, 2025, to confirm his pleas.
