Canamera Energy Metals advances rare earth drilling in Brazil, completing a third of its planned work.
Canamera Energy Metals reports progress on its maiden drill program at the Turvolandia rare earth elements project in southern Brazil, with about one-third of 1,000 meters of planned drilling completed.
The Phase 1 program involves 48–54 vertical auger holes targeting near-surface ionic clay-hosted REE mineralization in a geologically favorable region near the Poços de Caldas alkaline complex.
Drilling is expected to pause in December.
The company holds an option to acquire 100% interest in Turvolandia and the São Sepé project, with a 1.0% net smelter return royalty, half repurchasable for $500,000.
Results will guide future exploration.
